OUR MISSION
We believe that creating opportunities for learning, education and professional growth is the best way to ensure a high quality of life. Such opportunities must exist throughout a person's life so that they can realize themselves regardless of age, gender, status, gender.
Therefore, our organization creates complex and urgent solutions. We open educational spaces, help people start their own business, improve the skills of public sector employees and empower public sector representatives.
HISTORY OF THE ORGANIZATION

Started work in 2013 with the “Perspective” project, which supports people in the employment process through a training program, consultations, vocational retraining courses and advanced training

We create projects for displaced persons and combatants. We help them in the process of socialization, job search and retraining

We support children and adolescents on their professional path

We strengthen the capacity of the State Employment Service and the Centers for Vocational and Technical Education.
We implement a training and grant program for public organizations and initiatives.
We cooperate with vocational educational institutions to develop professional skills of employees and improve institutional capacity.
2022
From 2022, we will strengthen the direction of educational, socio-emotional and humanitarian support for children, adolescents and their families
Organized training for more than 1,000 volunteers.
66 locations for families with children were opened in 36 localities of Ukraine.
We created an innovative online portal for parents.
Children's corners were set up in bomb shelters and at every metro station in Kharkiv.
Created a project to train psychologists who faced new professional challenges related to the war.

We continue to implement projects and programs on employment, self-employment and business development, education of adults and children
