As part of the "Skills for Inclusivity" project, we continue to combine professional training with on-the-job experience, ensuring that participants not only master new skills but also gain the opportunity to work in their chosen field upon completion.

"My Room" is opening early to support children and teenagers in their education and development

As part of the project, we are launching the "Without a Request" podcast — a space for candid conversations about the challenges professionals face themselves.

For many people with disabilities, vocational training is an opportunity to gain a new specialty and plan their future with more confidence. For example, Artem from Kharkiv, who is visually impaired, completed training as a lathe operator and is now working in his field. His experience is just one of many examples of how education can facilitate professional fulfillment.

The training became another starting point for Yaroslav’s professional growth. The project expanded his toolkit, supplementing his practical veteran experience with in-depth knowledge of the medical and psychological aspects of trauma. Since the training was held exclusively in person, it addressed Yaroslav’s primary need: the need for live discussion.

We help employers meet this need. In partnership with educational institutions across 15 regions of Ukraine, we train adults in the most in-demand professions. Moreover, we are ready to help you organize the practical component of the training directly at your facilities.
