Free electrician training launches in Lviv: no experience required to join

As part of the "Skills for Inclusivity" project, we continue to combine professional training with on-the-job experience, ensuring that participants not only master new skills but also gain the opportunity to work in their chosen field upon completion.

This time, in partnership with "Elektrolevy," we are opening applications in Lviv for free training in the profession of lighting and lighting network electrician.

No prior experience is required, and there are no entrance exams. Anyone aged 18 to 60 who wants to learn a new trade or upgrade their qualifications is welcome to join.

The training model is simple: theory + hands-on practice with experienced professionals.

Participants will complete the theoretical portion online and then apply their knowledge in practice, working directly on client sites alongside industry experts.

Participants will learn how to work with lighting networks, lay cable lines, install and connect light fixtures and distribution boards, troubleshoot and repair faults, and adhere to electrical safety standards.

What participants will receive:
✔️ free training;
✔️ online theoretical preparation;
✔️ hands-on experience with master technicians;
✔️ a certificate of completion;
✔️ the opportunity for employment after finishing the program.

Electricians are in demand in construction, manufacturing, industrial sectors, as well as in utility and service industries. For some, this training will be the start of a new career, while for others, it is an opportunity to expand their skills and professional prospects.

This is the core principle of the project: the educational institution provides the necessary knowledge, the employer helps master the profession through practice, and individuals get acquainted with work processes while still studying, taking a clear step toward future employment.
