As part of the "Skills for Inclusivity" project, we not only train adults in relevant vocational trades but also work closely with employers to collectively address the shortage of qualified personnel.

We are looking for partners ready to provide practical training at their facilities and hire program graduates.

🤝 Verallia Ukraine, one of the leading manufacturers of glass packaging for food and beverages in Ukraine, has become a new project partner.

We are launching a joint training program for repair mechanics in the Rivne region. The training model is simple and effective: theoretical instruction is provided by the Vinnytsia Industrial Vocational College of the Vinnytsia Regional Council. Training will take place online, with instructors visiting the company site as needed. Participants will complete the practical portion directly at the Verallia Ukraine production facility.

During the training, participants will work with real production equipment, learning how to maintain it, diagnose malfunctions, repair mechanisms, and replace worn parts. They will also have the opportunity to receive a job offer even before completing the course.
