Let’s NGO Weekends is an event for members of the Let’s NGO Community, a network of graduates from the Let’s NGO training program.
This time, 50 representatives from 18 NGOs across Ukraine gathered in the Lviv region 😍

These were three days dedicated not only to professional development but also to what often remains behind the scenes in the NGO sector: emotional recovery, genuine connection, and finding the energy to keep moving forward.
Participants networked, shared experiences, developed concepts for future joint initiatives, and explored partnership opportunities between organizations.

We talked about professional, personal, and emotional recovery—and how to stay energized while working for change every day. There were also evenings by the pool and the campfire, heartfelt conversations, dancing, and singing. Those are the moments that make you want to finally take online meetings offline.

A special thank you to our facilitators—Iryna Drazman, Ivan Chubukin, and Yevheniia Anfarovych—for creating a space where honest conversations, new connections, and shared ideas could flourish.

We are once again convinced that a strong NGO sector is not just about strong organizations. It is also about people who are ready to unite, support one another, and build partnerships.
Because it is through collaboration that more opportunities for change arise—changes that one organization cannot always achieve alone. We are so glad that the Let’s NGO Community is exactly that kind of network 💛

Let’s NGO is implemented by the NGO "Ukrainian Professional Development" with support from the National Endowment for Democracy.
