CAREER ORIENTATION PLATFORM FOR YOUNG PEOPLE “BE PROFI”
Helps adolescents make an informed choice of the future professional path by understanding their own strengths, interests and goals
The project seeks to form a conscious attitude towards the choice of education and profession.
The program of the project takes into account the peculiarities of the development of adolescents, their interests and requests. That is why teenagers have the opportunity to better understand how to reveal their talents and strengths and apply them in life.
In the project participants:
They will learn how to create a successful career choice strategy, turn a hobby into a life's business and what is needed for an effective job search.
Get acquainted with practitioners from different industries.
Develop soft skills: teamwork, goal-setting, time management.
They go on excursions to companies, organizations and enterprises.
They study various professional areas and features of work in these areas.
Who can Participate in the project?
Adolescents aged 12 to 17 years.

This project removes limitations and frameworks from adolescents, gives them freedom of action and thinking, shows that it is possible to move according to the call of the heart and desires. The project has such an atmosphere that allows children to be direct.

The project breaks stereotypes about vocational guidance work in education, also changes the biased attitude of parents, teachers, children to this issue. When participating in “Be Profi” you can see not only the behind-the-scenes work of any production or profession, but also feel yourself in a particular profession. Each participant is helped to understand which way to go in order to choose a profession that is relevant not only today, but also in years to come.
