The “Skills for Inclusion” project has two key focus areas:
Component 2. Set in progress
Participants undergo training on employment promotion, receive advice from a psychologist, recruiter, career coach, receive grants for vocational training, participate in a psychological support group, attend practical workshops from experts. a wide range of citizens (from 18 to 60 years old) who want to get a new profession or improve their skills and find a job. We train specialists in close cooperation with employers: a significant part of the training takes place directly in the workplace.
Additional opportunities for participants:
— Retraining or advanced training courses (40% theory, 60% practice);
— Support of the curator from the educational institution throughout the study;
— Assistance in employment;
— Search for a job on request.
Geography of implementation: Mixed form of education takes place in 52 educational institutions of 15 regions of Ukraine: Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Lviv, Nikolaev, Odessa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky and Chernivtsi Vets'ka.
Areas of study:
- Construction (25 professions);
- Logistics (8 professions);
- Agriculture (12 professions);
- Logistics (11 professions).
Component 1. Completed.
This is a program for people who work independently, without being tied to an organization or company. Participants are trained and can receive a grant to purchase equipment or tools. aimed at supporting people who have retired from military service and people with disabilities. Within the component, participants underwent retraining or advanced training and received employment support.
Mixed form of training took place in 26 educational institutions in 13 regions of Ukraine:Participate in a 2-day training on motivation and goal-setting, where they are helped to determine the direction of activity and formulate a step-by-step action plan.

- Multi-profile machine operator (CNC);
- Specialist in diagnostics and repair of automotive electronics;
- Operator of an agricultural drone;
- Cashier;
- Specialist in radio communications and electronics;
- Locksmith and repairman;
- Tractor driver.
Participants received:

Retraining or further training (40% theory, 60% practice)
- Support of integration coach, recruiter and psychologist (if needed);
- Assistance in the preparation of resumes and preparation for interviews;
- Financial support during training;
- State model document upon completion;
- Promotion in employment.

II stage. Personalized support, which includes the creation of a job search strategy, the preparation of a resume, personalized job selection, consultation with the recruiter and career coach.
Stage III. Vocational training and retraining courses. The project specialists select courses taking into account the wishes and needs of the participants, their education, skills, personal qualities, as well as the demand of the profession in the labor market and the recommendations of consultants.
IV stage. Participant's entry into the labor market. The participant is looking for a job on his own or with a recruiter. If necessary, a joint review of job search sites, telephone interviews, preparation for an interview is carried out.
Stage V. Post-project monitoring. The project specialists monitor the success of the participants' employment and, if necessary, provide additional support. Participants/these can re-obtain all necessary services to find a job.

“Perspective” is the ability to choose an individual plan.
This means that the participant may not go through the entire training cycle, but receive certain services that they need. For example, recruiter consultation, psychologist help, advanced training course, etc.
