During my studies on the project, I learned everything you need to start in the profession of a recruiter: in particular, I understood what types of recruitment there are, how to fill out applications for recruitment, from what sources you need to look for a particular candidate, how to conduct interviews and present a vacancy.

You cannot imagine what a gift participating in the "Perspektyva" project was for me. Thanks to the recommendations from consultations and training sessions, I was able to pass my interview. The most valuable thing for me was not just the professional courses, but the entire support system — interview preparation, work on my mindset, and practical exercises to reduce tension.

In particular, the muscle relaxation exercise helped me walk into the office calm and confident, making a great first impression. I felt so confident that even the trip to the interview felt easy. All of this allowed me to land the position I wanted, and it is a huge step forward for me.

During my training in the project, I learned everything needed to start a career as a recruiter: specifically, I understood the different types of recruiting, how to fill out job requisitions, which sources to use to find specific candidates, and how to conduct interviews and present a job opening.

I can confidently say that I got even more out of the course than I expected because I met like-minded people, gained a lot of inspiration, and am now ready to confidently step toward new career achievements!

Thanks to the project, I learned to promote my own business — beekeeping. In the self-employment course, I was trained with SMM and it helped me a lot.

In addition to beekeeping, my family makes candles from natural wax, pastille from fruits and vegetables from their garden, natural goodies from honey and nuts. This business brings us pleasure and profit.

It was very difficult for us to restore it after the forced move from Svatovo, so projects such as “Perspective” are necessary. This is an opportunity to rise to a new level. This is a new experience, work, earnings, communication. When I filled out the application for participation, I did not even expect such support. Thanks to the grant, I was able to buy the most necessary accessories for my business. I am very happy that such a project exists, it helps to build a new life!

I am so grateful for participating in the employment training; I haven't regretted it for a second. After the first day of classes, I already felt that this interaction gave me so much. Before the project, I didn't understand where to go or what to do, and I was in a difficult psychological state due to the war.

Immediately after the training, they helped me write a resume. I sent it out, and I received a response unexpectedly quickly! Also, thanks to the project, I completed a training course in "BAS Administrator." I am now working as an office administrator at a company that sells agricultural machinery and spare parts.

In 2014, I was forced to leave Donetsk because of the fighting. First she settled in Kharkiv, and after 2022 — in Mirgorod. As a retired Ministry of the Interior, retired lieutenant colonel of the militia, I had extensive experience in personnel management and taught legal disciplines. However, when she moved, there were difficulties with finding employment due to age and the new city.
