REVIEWS
Zlata Huk, project participant
During my studies on the project, I learned everything you need to start in the profession of a recruiter: in particular, I understood what types of recruitment there are, how to fill out applications for recruitment, from what sources you need to look for a particular candidate, how to conduct interviews and present a vacancy.
Anna Lyashyk, course participant, direction “Self-employment”
Thanks to the project, I learned to promote my own business — beekeeping. In the self-employment course, I was trained with SMM and it helped me a lot.
In addition to beekeeping, my family makes candles from natural wax, pastille from fruits and vegetables from their garden, natural goodies from honey and nuts. This business brings us pleasure and profit.
It was very difficult for us to restore it after the forced move from Svatovo, so projects such as “Perspective” are necessary. This is an opportunity to rise to a new level. This is a new experience, work, earnings, communication. When I filled out the application for participation, I did not even expect such support. Thanks to the grant, I was able to buy the most necessary accessories for my business. I am very happy that such a project exists, it helps to build a new life!
Tatiana Laktionova, project participant
In 2014, I was forced to leave Donetsk because of the fighting. First she settled in Kharkiv, and after 2022 — in Mirgorod. As a retired Ministry of the Interior, retired lieutenant colonel of the militia, I had extensive experience in personnel management and taught legal disciplines. However, when she moved, there were difficulties with finding employment due to age and the new city.

In 2017, a friend recommended contacting this organization. Here I took courses in HR management. It was a real start to my new professional life. I got a job at the training center “Planet of Knowledge”, and later began to teach a course of personnel management in the same project “Perspective” for other participants.
Thanks to you, I was able to find a job and realize my potential again!

I am very grateful for participating in the job training, I have not regretted it once. After the first day of classes, I already felt that this communication gave me a lot. Before the project, I did not understand where to go and what to do, I had a difficult psychological state due to the war.
Immediately after the training, I was helped to make a resume, I sent it and I was answered unexpectedly quickly! Also thanks to the project, I took a training course in the direction of “Administrator with BAS”. Now I work as an office administrator in a company that sells agricultural machinery and parts.
