Головні етапи проєкту

Етап 1. Відкритий конкурс для закладів професійної освіти.

Етап 2. Відбір учасників/ць проєкту.

Етап 3. Організація та проведення короткострокового профільного навчання.

До проєкту запрошуються учасники віком від 18 до 60 років, які проживають в одній з цільових областей. Проєкт передбачає активне залучення жінок, внутрішньо переміщених осіб, колишніх учасників бойових дій, людей з інвалідністю, батьків, які виховують дітей самотужки, багатодітних батьків, людей, які доглядають за людьми з інвалідністю, людей, які втратили житло тощо.

In 2014, I was forced to leave Donetsk because of the fighting. First she settled in Kharkiv, and after 2022 — in Mirgorod. As a retired Ministry of the Interior, retired lieutenant colonel of the militia, I had extensive experience in personnel management and taught legal disciplines. However, when she moved, there were difficulties with finding employment due to age and the new city.

In 2017, a friend recommended contacting this organization. Here I took courses in HR management. It was a real start to my new professional life. I got a job at the training center “Planet of Knowledge”,
and later began to teach a course in personnel office management
in the same project “Perspective” for other participants.

Thanks to you, I was able to find a job and realize my potential again!
