Providing professional and career opportunities for young people and improving their chances of successful employment.
The project has two directions:
Training of the pedagogical staff and students of the Separate Unit “Regional Center of Vocational Education (RCPO) of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Luhansk” (mm. Rubezhnoe, Starobilsk, Kreminna, Schastya).
Improvement of the material and technical base. For the educational institution, equipment and tools are purchased that students use in their studies and thanks to them acquire skills for their professions.
The main components of the project:
Conducting trainings and business class for students. During the events, they learned about what the labor market requires, what specialists are needed, what skills and competencies you need to develop in yourself in order to find a job. During their studies, students develop leadership qualities, gain skills in entrepreneurship, teamwork, oratory, creativity, master time management, get acquainted with platforms for online learning.
Conducting trainings for teachers, psychologists and management of vocational education institutions. Thanks to the course, they have mastered the modern tools of informal education and online learning.
Establishment of a Centre for Professional Orientation and Career Development for young people and local residents. The center is modern equipped and has a specialist who advises those who wish to choose a profession, the labor market and its needs, professional growth.
