Training professions that are in demand in the modern labor market.
In the project participants are trained in the following professions: accountant for servicing individual entrepreneurs, HR manager (HR manager), administrator/office manager, SMM manager, Web designer, software tester (QA), Front End Developer, seamstress and cook.
The project includes face-to-face and distance learning, individual consultations with a coach, recruiter and psychologist, as well as three-day training on job search tools.
With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the project team has completely reformatted the work into an online format. As a result, the demand for the project increased several times, as the number of unemployed and, accordingly, the need for online work increased during the quarantine.
Training on the project is focused on providing participants with knowledge that they can immediately apply in practice.
