Tatiana Vakhnina, Deputy Head of the Department of Recruitment and Interaction with Employers, Moscow Kremenchuk
Thanks to my participation in the project, I realized how important it is to properly interact with people with disabilities. Before that, I often tried to help right away, without asking if this help was needed at all. Now I always ask about needs and create a comfortable and equal atmosphere in the employment center. One of the key learning outcomes for me was using new resources to find candidates, such as LinkedIn and specialist sites for people with disabilities. I also learned how to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates, which I immediately implemented in my work. Now I am sure that my employment center has become more inclusive, and I know how to advise people from vulnerable categories more correctly.
Anna Malova, Head of Recruitment and Interaction with Employers, Moscow Zvyagel
Training within the project gave me invaluable tools to work with vulnerable segments of the population. In the past, I felt that I lacked the knowledge to interact effectively with people with disabilities and veterans. After training, I was able to employ a veteran with a disability using new techniques such as psychological counseling and workplace adaptation. Through an individual approach and cooperation with employers, we have found a job for him that not only suits his physical capabilities, but also gives a sense of stability and importance. The training also helped me better understand the psychology of working with employers. This increases confidence and work efficiency.
Yevhenia Burlaka, leading specialist in recruitment, city. Sumy
After studying, I realized that not only do I have the opportunity to help people, but also have to be a voice for those in need. This is especially true for people with disabilities and displaced persons. The project taught me to listen to the fears, hopes of these people and create individual solutions for them. The project allowed me to feel confident in my actions and inspired me to continue my professional development, helping people find new opportunities for success.
Lyudmila Shevchuk, Deputy Director, Head of Recruitment Department, Moscow Zhytomyr
Studying within the project was a real breakthrough for me in my professional activity. I began to apply new approaches to working with clients, especially veterans. I understood how important is an individual approach to each person. After the training for veterans, we saw concrete results: several participants found work, and one of them is already working at a metal construction company. But what has changed most is my attitude to work in general: I feel that now we are better prepared for the challenges that lie ahead of us. This training, not only for me, but also for my entire team, was an opportunity to rethink our approaches and become even more effective in our work.
Dmytro Chekh, Master of Production Training and Teacher of Theoretical Training, Moscow Kremenchuk
Participating in the project gave me practical tools to work with students with inclusive needs. One of the most important lessons was the ability to communicate effectively and maintain emotional balance. Through the project, I was able to help a student who was closed and reluctant to communicate, find motivation and feel part of the team. We worked together on the structure of the cars, and I saw how he gradually opened up, became more confident in his abilities. This experience has shown me how important it is to support students, not only in their studies, but also emotionally. My lessons now include working with emotions, which helps students cope better with stress, especially in the context of war.
Olga Chernavskyh, teacher of Ukrainian language, city. Dnieper
This project helped me to better understand my role as a teacher and mentor. Now I am more focused on mutual support with colleagues and apply new methods to create a favorable atmosphere in the team. I began to use new approaches such as situational modeling, teamwork, and inductive learning methods. They helped students not only better learn the material, but also develop their social skills. Participation in the project gave me confidence in my abilities and showed that even the smallest changes can have a huge impact.
Oleksandra Ploshenko, teacher of social disciplines at the Dnieper Center of Vocational and Technical Education
Participating in this project not only inspired me, but also provided many practical tools that I already use successfully in lessons. One of the key techniques that I integrated into the learning process was the exercise to develop emotional intelligence. It helps students better understand their feelings and adapt more easily to difficult situations, particularly those who have arrived from combat zones. Practical advice from coaches, new methods of working with groups, as well as psychological approaches became a real discovery for me. I am confident that this new knowledge and tools will help me further support my students in their learning and development, especially during this difficult time.
Oleksandr Strilets, Director of the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution “Dniprovsky Center of Vocational and Technical Education”
