Development of skills and professional competencies of employees of the State Employment Service.
The project trains employers' consultants and career counsellors of the State Employment Service.
The training course, individual consultations from experts and constant online access to the training program should improve the quality of services that employees of employment centers provide to the unemployed and employers.
StagesProject:
Stage 1. An assessment of the existing practices and needs of employees and clients of the employment service revealed what professional needs employment services employees have and how exactly they can make their work more efficient.
Stage 2. Professional development of career counsellors and employer consultants. Provides a course of training in effective communication, coaching, recruiting, emotional intelligence, creativity, working in stressful environments, self-presentation, etc.
Stage 3. Individual consultations of participants.
Stage 4. Finally open an online forum.
Stage 5. Generalization of experience. Transfer of the training program to the employment centers that were partners within the project, for free use and dissemination among their colleagues.

We conducted 295 group trainings.
More than 270 employees of the employment service have increased their competencies to work effectively with employers and work with vulnerable segments of the population.
At the request of the State Employment Service, training was conducted for the management.
We created a training platform with more than 100 video trainings for further free use.
