Participants master working professions, improve skills and increase their chances of successful employment.
Project participants take free training courses on the basis of vocational and technical educational institutions and receive working professions or professions in the service sector. Graduates of the courses include masters in renewable energy systems, installers of window and door structures, cashier controllers, etc.

After training, participants undergo internships at enterprises or on the basis of educational institutions.

At the same time, they attend webinars and live broadcasts from HR specialists and lawyers who talk about the peculiarities of employment during the war. Participants learn how to avoid mistakes when creating a resume and passing an interview, on which resources it is better to look for a job, what is important to know about labor legislation, opening an individual entrepreneur, paying taxes, etc.

Internally displaced persons, victims of war, people aged 50+, people with disabilities, former combatants, women and men who raise children alone are preferred to participate.

Stage 3.Internship with partner employers for graduates of construction and repair courses.
Stage 4.Conducting training activities on the development of soft skills and mastering the tools of the labor market.
