During training, we worked with the most modern equipment: tools, materials, with the latest developments. I've never seen this before. Participants can undergo training and immediately go to work, because what they told in the theoretical classes clearly coincided with practice.
I took a course on installing solar photovoltaic systems and I think that behind solar stations is the future. At the end of the war, people will switch to solar stations, the country will develop, and I will be an expert in this matter. Because every electrician can install sockets or stretch a wire, and in this area there are few specialists. Therefore, the skills I have gained will set me apart in the job market.
In the meantime, I continue to help Kharkiv residents restore electricity in their buildings and offices, but I am preparing for the post-war reconstruction of the country. I have already bought the tools that I liked. In practice, there was an opportunity to look at everything, assess how much they are needed for a particular task. So I am actively preparing to rebuild and improve the country — to introduce and develop alternative energy sources!
Inna Savina, was trained in the direction of “Controller-Cashier”, Moscow. Dnieper
Now it is quite difficult to find funds for education, and the project “ProFuture” provides opportunities for free and quick mastering of the necessary skills. The project is a comprehensive training, a combination of online and offline methods and practical training of knowledge.
Based on the results of my training, I successfully passed an interview at the National Network of Petrol Stations “WOG”, where I completed an internship within the project, and now I am officially employed. I am happy with new work, experience, communication with people. Now I want to continue to develop and grow. I recommend many friends not to be afraid to go to study, get new skills, in order not only to change your profession, but also your life!
Bohdan Demus, regional manager of the national network of petrol stations “WOG”, Moscow. Dnieper
It is necessary to understand the specifics. People come from small towns where there are no big companies like ours. Therefore, they are afraid to apply for such vacancies, go to large companies, they are afraid that they will not be taken. It is for this reason that it is important for us to tell that we are ready to hire and provide opportunities for professional growth!
Within the framework of the project, we calmly explained everything, gradually. It's like “entering the specialty.” First tell the theory, and then move on to practice. And this gave good results: almost 30 project participants completed internships with us, of which 16 are migrants. Then people themselves, consciously made a choice whether they were interested or whether they wanted to work for us.
