Training for professions that are in demand in the labor market.
The project promotes the employment of IDPs and representatives of local communities through professional retraining and training.
Within the project:
Conducted training in communities for employees of employment centers and specialists of departments dealing with youth issues, taught them modern methods and tools of career guidance.
We selected more than 100 participants who completed vocational training courses free of charge, which are in demand in the labor market.
Provided the opportunity for participants to get professions in SMM, QA, web design, copywriting, HR management and accounting.
