Geography of Implementation

Blended learning is implemented in 26 educational institutions across 13 regions of Ukraine: Kharkiv, Rivne, Poltava, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Chernivtsi, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

Project participants receive:

Retraining or further training (40% theory, 60% practice)

Support from an integration coach, recruiter, and psychologist (if needed);

Financial support during the training period;

Assistance with CV preparation and interview training;

A state-recognized certificate upon completion;

Employment facilitation and job placement support.

Sergey, 56 years old, disabled in the army, discharged from military service, participant of the project “Skills for inclusion”, studied in the specialty “Operator of agricultural drones”

“You know, in our training group there are a lot of people like me who are discharged from the military service due to health conditions and veterans, guys who have returned from the war. And I see how quickly they grasp information, how cool it is for them to practice with these machines.

I rejoice and admire when I see how this profession opens up new perspectives. I would like even more young boys to be able to calmly master such a profession like this. Calmly planning for the future and developing our civilian technologies for good, not destruction.”

Artem, 38 years old, has a visual disability since childhood, a participant in the “Skills for Inclusion” project. He studied at the Kharkiv Center of Vocational Education of the State Employment Service in the specialty “Tokar"

“It's never too late to learn if a person has a purpose and a desire — at any age and at any point in life. For me, participation in the project was an opportunity to finally solve the internal node of choice. Due to various circumstances, I did not get a profession after school. Now I pay this debt to myself — I am studying. I am acquiring a specialty, and this gives the most important thing — the opportunity to dream about the future and build it with my own hands.”

Nikolay, 47 years old, veteran, disabled person, participant of the project “Skills for inclusion”. He studied at the Boryslav Center of Professional Education in the specialty “Electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment”.

“My family already had electricians - my father worked in a mine, my grandfather also. I also had a lot of skills, but I wanted to deepen my knowledge of safety and learn about modern technologies. This training was a great opportunity to try new things, start from scratch.

I applied without hesitation because I am convinced that all restrictions are only in the head... Already during my studies I was offered a robot electrician in a city park and I accepted the offer. For me, a new profession is a move forward. I want to work with what interests and interests me.”

Sergey, 29 years old, originally from Donetsk, lives in Dnipro since 2023, a veteran, dismissed from military service due to disability due to war, a participant of the “Skills for Inclusion” project. He studied in the specialty “Operator of agricultural drones” at the Dnieper Center for Vocational and Technical Education.

“I am convinced that the future is behind agrodrones. During my studies, I saw how these technologies really work and how much they can make farmers' work easier: automate processes, use resources more efficiently and reduce energy costs.

I believe that very soon such approaches will be scaled throughout the country and I want to be ready: gain practical experience, become a professional and work in a progressive company”

Vladislav, 25 years old,
originally from the city of Samar in Dnipropetrovsk region, veteran, discharged from military service due to disability due to war, participant of the “Skills for Inclusion” project. He studied in the specialty “Operator of agricultural drones” at the State Technical Education Institution “Dniprovsky Center of Vocational and Technical Education”

“It was very convenient for me to study: theoretical classes were held online, and for practical flights I came to Dnipro. This is especially important for me, because after the injury, even though I drive my own car, the issue of mobility still remains a challenge. The educational process itself was interesting and really fascinating, with special enthusiasm I worked out every practical flight. Now I dream of buying an agrodrone and gradually developing my own business, providing services to farmers”

In 2014, I was forced to leave Donetsk because of the fighting. First she settled in Kharkiv, and after 2022 — in Mirgorod. As a retired Ministry of the Interior, retired lieutenant colonel of the militia, I had extensive experience in personnel management and taught legal disciplines. However, when she moved, there were difficulties with finding employment due to age and the new city.

In 2017, a friend recommended contacting this organization. Here I took courses in HR management. It was a real start to my new professional life. I got a job at the training center “Planet of Knowledge”,
and later began to teach a course in personnel office management
in the same project “Perspective” for other participants.

Thanks to you, I was able to find a job and realize my potential again!
