“Support of 10 youth centers throughout Kharkiv region to provide opportunities and services to youth”

NGO “Ukrainian Professional Development” announces a tender for the purchase of services (see below) Technical specification — Appendix 1).

Description of the project

UNICEF, in partnership with the NGO “Ukrainian Professional Development”, plans to continue to support 6 youth centers established in the previous project (Pisochin, Chuhuiv, Kehychivka, Valky, Balakliya, Krasnokutsk), by providing grants for the implementation of activities on the basis of youth centers in the first two quarters.

Submission of proposals

  The time of receipt of proposals is determined automatically by the e-mail system of the NGO “Ukrainian Professional Development”.

Requirements for tender documentation

Submission in one PDF file with the title “Tender Offer”, in Ukrainian, with mandatory contacts of the applicant (telephone, postal address, e-mail address) and the following content:

1. Price offer (sample — Appendix 2).
2. Signed technical specification for the lot (sample — Appendix 1).
3. CV and/or motivation letter of the applicant (description of activities, experience, etc.).
4. Confirmation of registration with the EDRPOU.
5. Declaration of conformity (sample — Appendix 3).

Proposals with an incomplete package of documents, improperly executed or submitted after the deadline are not considered.

Appendix 1. Technical assignment

Procurement of services within the project
“Support of 10 youth centers throughout Kharkiv region to provide opportunities and services to youth”

General conditions (for all lots)

• Region of service: Kharkiv/Poltava region (depending on the lot).
• Prerequisite: the presence of a registered sole proprietorship.
• Financial terms: All taxes and fees are included in the price.
• Payment: after the fact on the basis of the signed Agreement and original invoices; deferment of up to 14 calendar days; possible prepayment up to 30%, subject to confirmation of the integrity of the supplier.

Lot 1. Services for organizing MHPSS activities for adolescents

• Volume: 70 lessons, duration of each — 1.5 hours.
• Contents: Application of tools/techniques for self-expression, innovative skills and resilience.
• Price on offer: for 1 lesson.
• Term: until 31.12.2024.
• Region: Kharkiv region.

Lot 2. MHPSS activities with the use of art practices

• Volume: 100 classes, 1.5 hours each.
• Price on offer: for 1 lesson.
• Term: until 31.12.2024.
• Region: Kharkiv region.

Lot 3. Group psychological trainings and individual consultations

• Volume: 100 consultations/trainings.
• Price on offer: for 1 training/consultation.
• Term: until 31.12.2024.
• Region: Kharkiv region.

Lot 4. Organization of events in youth centers

• Volume: 128 hours of organization of events, trainings, meetings in 4 locations.
• Locations: m. Kharkov, m. Zmiiv, m. Lozova, m. Pervomaisky.
• Price on offer: for 1 hour.
• Term: January — November 2025.
• Region: Kharkiv region.

Lot 5. Services for organizing the accommodation of participants (Poltava region)

• Scale: three three-day events for 28 people.
• Includes: accommodation (minimum double rooms), meals, conference room rental (at least 60 m²), technical support, coordination, documentation support, final report.
• Price in the offer: for 1 event; in the letter of motivation submit a transcript of the components (accommodation, meals, rent of the hall).
• Term: November 2024 — July 2025.
• Region: Poltava region.

• Objective: photography during three-day training (hourly pay).
• Price on offer: for 1 hour of work.
• Term: January — November 2025.
• Region: Kharkiv region.

Lot 8. Photo and video shooting in Poltava region

• Tasks: photo and video shooting of three-day trainings (hourly fee); editing and post-processing of videos for social networks.
• Price on offer: for 1 hour of photographer's work and 1 second of video editing.
• Term: December 2024 — July 2025.
• Region: Poltava region.

Terms of cooperation

• Payments are made in hryvnia by non-cash transfer to the current account of the supplier; the lot amount is indicated in hryvnia.
• Based on the results of the purchase, a contract is concluded.
• Technical, financial and other conditions of the competition are not a public offer.
• The organization guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided.
• The organization has the right to accept or reject any offer or cancel the competition before the conclusion of the contract without liability.
• The contract includes provisions on the possibility of applying operational and economic sanctions (refusal to establish future economic relations in case of violation of obligations; duration of the sanction — up to 3 years; notification procedure — according to the contract).
