In 2025, the project “Support of psychologists”continued implementation within the activities of the NGO “Ukrainian Professional Development” and was aimed at supporting specialists working with the mental health of the population in the conditions of full-scale war.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the organization's team has focused not only on the professional development of specialists throughout Ukraine, but also on maintaining the mental state of people living and working in crisis conditions.

During the year, the project developed and gradually expanded its work formats, attracting new experts and specialists.

In 2025, supported by World Jewish Relief, the project “Support for Psychologists” was implemented as a response to the urgent requests of educational, public and volunteer environments.

At the heart of the project is the principle “wave effect”: by strengthening the professional competences of psychologists working in educational institutions, NGOs and volunteer centres, the project contributes to expanding access to psychological support for wider communities.

During 2025, the project implemented measures aimed at:

• professional and supervisory support of psychologists;
• improving the quality of work with crisis and traumatic conditions;
• exchange of practical experience between specialists from different regions of Ukraine.
