As part of the Skills for Inclusion project, we train people with disabilities and those who have retired from military service. Now we are looking for new areas of study that will meet the capabilities of our participants, the current needs of the labor market and the development strategy of Ukraine.

To make this choice as effective as possible, we want to talk to practitioners — those who know what works in practice.

The format of the conversation is a short online interview with our colleagues from the monitoring and evaluation department.
