Invitation to participate in the competition

Public organization “Ukrainian professional development”announces a competition for the provision of transport serviceswithin the scope of the project
“Support of 10 youth centers throughout Kharkiv region to provide opportunities and services to youth”.

Purpose of the competition

To provide high-quality and safe transport services during the implementation of the events held within the project for young people and employees of youth centers of Kharkiv region.

Description of the project

The initiative is implemented UNICEF in partnership with NGO “Ukrainian Professional Development”.
Within this stage, the project provides Continued support for 6 youth centerscreated in the previous phase — in communities Pisochin, Chuguyiv, Kegichevka, Valky, Balakliya and Krasnokutsk.
Support will be provided by provision of grants for eventsbased on these centers during the first two quarters of 2025.

Deadline for submission of proposals

In case of interest set of tender documentationmust be provided to November 24, 2024, 11:59 PM(Kyiv time) to the e-mail address: info@profrozvytok.org.ua
with a note in the subject of the letter: “Competitive offer”. The time of receipt of proposals is determined automatically by e-mail of the NGO “Ukrainian Professional Development”.

Requirements for tender documentation

Documents must be submitted in a single PDF file, with the name “Competitive offer”, and consist of:

1 ️. Price offer(see sample — Appendix 2);
2 ️. Signed technical specificationsaccording to the appropriate lot (see sample — Appendix 1);
3 ️. Resume and/or motivation letter(description of activities, work experience, examples of projects, etc.);
4 ️. Confirmation of registration with the EDRPOU;
5 ️. Declaration of Conformity(see sample — Appendix 3).

Documentation must be drawn up in Ukrainianand contain contact details of the applicant(telephone, email address, postal address).

⚠️ Proposals made improperly, with an incomplete package of documents or submitted after the specified period, will not be considered.
