NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”
INVITATION
to participate in the competition for the organization of short-term training in the profession of a masseur and a specialist in physical rehabilitation within the project “Training for change: short-term professional training courses for adults” in Kyiv, Lviv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Chernivtsi regions
Dear partners!
For the implementation of the project “Learning for change: short-term vocational training courses for adults” in Kyiv, Lviv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Chernivtsi regions, which implements the NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”, announces a competition for organizing and conducting short-term training for 270 people in the professions “masseur” and “specialist in physical rehabilitation”.
The project is implemented within the framework of the Program “Vocational Education in Ukraine/Skills4Recovery”, implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and acting on behalf of the German Government.
Requirements for tender documentation:
The tender documentation must be provided by e-mail in one file in PDF format, with the appropriate name: “Tender offer, __________ (area)”,
The competition documentation consists of:
1. Price offer (see sample — Appendix 2). All positions highlighted in yellow must be filled. If the participant submits a proposal for several professions, the price offer is filled separately for each profession.
2. Signed technical specification (see sample — Appendix 1).
3. Candidate's resume (filled in arbitrary form with an indication of experience, achievements, available opportunities, etc.).
4. Documents confirming the applicant's ability to carry out educational activities in the field of training massage therapists and/or physical rehabilitation specialists.
5. Copies of the applicant's registration documents (extract/extract of registration, indicating the relevant KVEDs, extract/certificate of taxpayer status).
6. The applicant must provide proof of impeccable reputation (provide a letter of guarantee/documents/screenshots indicating the absence of financial burdens, litigation (where the applicant acts as a defendant), no tax debt, etc.).
7. Declaration of conformity (see sample — Annex 3). All positions highlighted in yellow must be filled.
In case of interest, the set of tender documentation must be submitted by 29.04.2024 at 23:59 Kyiv time to e-mail: info@profrozvytok.org.uamarked in the subject of the letter “Tender offer, area ______________” (indicate the area where you plan to provide training services).
Proposals made improperly, with an incomplete set of documents or sent later than the specified period, will not be accepted for consideration.
Questions for technical or organizational issues should be sent to:
- EXCLUSIVELY in writing to the e-mail address: info@profrozvytok.org.ua;
- no later than 2 working days before the closing date of the competition;
- with reference to the title of the contest in the subject of the letter.
NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”, for its part, guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided in the proposals.
Terms of cooperation
Payment for the services provided will be made during the validity period of the project and, accordingly, after the completion of training and the issuance of the document on the acquisition of the profession by the students. Payment is made on the basis of the signed Agreement and original invoices, with a delay of payment up to 14 calendar days from the date of provision of the invoice, advance payment is possible, in case of confirmation of the integrity of the provider within 30% of the cost of services.
All payments are made exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) by bank transfer to the current account of the service provider.
Technical, financial and other conditions of the competition are not a public offer to conclude a contract.
NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” reserves the right not to disclose any details of the evaluation of proposals.
NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” reserves the right to reduce and/or increase the number of persons for training in the region that were offered by the participants in accordance with the price offer and not to disclose the reasons for such decision.
NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” has the right to accept or reject any offer or cancel the competition at any time before the conclusion of the contract with the supplier and is not responsible for this.
