INVITATION
to participate in the competition for coordination services and psychologist services within the project “Education for life: support for the development of skilled workforce” in Dnipropetrovsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kiev, Poltava region

Dear colleagues!

For the implementation of the project “Education for life: supporting the development of skilled workforce” in Dnipropetrovsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kiev, Poltava region, which is part of the project “Professional Integration of Internally Displaced Persons/EU4Skills”, carried out by the German Federal Company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) on behalf of the German Government, the NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” announces a tender for coordination services and psychologist services (see Technical specification — Appendix 1).

We invite interested parties to participate in the competition for coordination services and services of a psychologist within the project “Education for life: support for the development of skilled labor” in Dnipropetrovsk, Chernivtsi region, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kiev, Poltava region for NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”.

In case of interest, the set of tender documentation must be submitted by 29.02.2024 at 23:59 Kyiv time to e-mail: info@profrozvytok.org.uamarked in the subject of the letter “Tender offer (project organization)”

The time of receipt will be determined automatically by the NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”.

Requirements for tender documentation:

The tender documentation must be submitted by e-mail in two separate PDF files, with the appropriate names: “Qualification Part” and “Quotation”,

The competition documentation consists of:

1. Price offer (see sample — Appendix 2).
2. must be written in Ukrainian;
3. must contain contacts of the applicant (telephone, address for correspondence, e-mail address);
4. must contain the terms of payment in euro in hryvnia equivalent on the date of payment (see details. Technical assignment).

2. Signed technical specification for the lot for which the participant submits (see sample — Appendix 1).

3. Candidate's resume (description of activities, experience, etc.).

4. Confirmation of registration with the EDRPOU.

5. Declaration of conformity (see sample — Appendix 3).

Proposals made improperly, with an incomplete set of documents or sent later than the specified period, will not be accepted for consideration.

Questions for technical or organizational issues should be sent to:

1. EXCLUSIVELY in writing to the e-mail address: info@profrozvytok.org.ua;
2. no later than 3 working days before the closing date of the competition;
3. with reference to the title of the contest in the subject of the letter.

NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”, for its part, guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided in the proposals.

Terms of cooperation

Payment is made on the fact of the work performed for the services actually rendered on the basis of the signed Agreement and original invoices;

All payments are made exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) by bank transfer to the current account of the service provider.

Technical, financial and other conditions of the competition do not constitute a public offer to conclude a contract.

NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” reserves the right not to disclose any details of the evaluation of proposals.

NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” has the right to accept or reject any offer or cancel the competition at any time before the conclusion of the contract with the supplier and is not responsible for this.
