INVITATION
to participate in the competition for external services within the project “Strengthening vocational education for equality: training teachers and career advisers for working with vulnerable groups” in Dnipropetrovsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kiev, Poltava regions
Dear colleagues!
For the implementation of the project “Strengthening vocational education for equality: training teachers and career counsellors to work with vulnerable groups” in Dnipropetrovsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kiev, Poltava region, which is part of the project “Vocational Education in Ukraine/Skills4Recovery”, carried out by the German Federal Company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) on behalf of the German Government, the NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” announces a tender for external services, namely: services for the development of training materials for recruiters, managers and educators; services for the development of methodological manuals; services for conducting gender campaigns; services for conducting online courses; services for organizing and conducting offline events; development services and conducting an information campaign; services for developing and conducting webinars on gender stereotypes; technical support services during online and offline events; services for collecting and compiling success stories; services for the development and production of printed and visual materials; services for the development and production of video materials and articles within the project; services for the purchase and delivery of stationery (see. Technical specification — Appendix 1).
We invite interested parties to participate in the competition for external services from development of methodological manuals; services for conducting gender campaigns; services for conducting online courses; services for organizing and conducting offline events; services for developing and conducting information campaigns; services for developing and conducting webinars on gender stereotypes; technical support services during online and offline events; services for collecting and compiling development and success stories; services for the design and manufacture of printed and visual materials; services for the development and production of video materials and articles within the project; procurement services and supplies of stationery withinproject “Strengthening vocational education for equality: training teachers and career advisers to work with vulnerable groups” in Dnipropetrovsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kiev, Poltava region for the NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”.
In case of interest, the set of tender documentation must be submitted by 01.12.2023 at 23:59 Kyiv time to e-mail: info@profrozvytok.org.uamarked in the subject of the letter “Tender offer (external services)”
The time of receipt will be determined automatically by the NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”.
Requirements for tender documentation:
The tender documentation must be submitted by e-mail in one PDF file, with the appropriate name: “Tender Offer”,
The competition documentation consists of:
- Price offer (see sample — Appendix 2).
- must be written in Ukrainian;
- must contain contacts of the applicant (telephone, address for correspondence, e-mail address);
- must contain payment terms and conditions in euro on the date of payment (see details. Technical assignment).
2. Signed technical specification for the lot for which the participant submits (see sample — Appendix 1).
3. Candidate's resume (description of activities, experience, etc.).
4. Confirmation of registration with the EDRPOU.
5. Declaration of Conformity (see. Sample — Appendix 3).
Proposals made improperly, with an incomplete set of documents or sent later than the specified period, will not be accepted for consideration.
Questions for technical or organizational issues should be sent to:
- EXCLUSIVELY in writing to the e-mail address: info@profrozvytok.org.ua;
- no later than 3 working days before the closing date of the competition;
- with reference to the title of the contest in the subject of the letter.
NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”, for its part, guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided in the proposals.
Terms of cooperation
Payment is made on the fact of the work performed for the services actually rendered on the basis of the signed Agreement and original invoices;
All payments are made exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) by bank transfer to the current account of the service provider.
Technical, financial and other conditions of the competition do not constitute a public offer to conclude a contract.
NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” reserves the right not to disclose any details of the evaluation of proposals.
NGO “UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” has the right to accept or reject any offer or cancel the competition at any time before the conclusion of the contract with the supplier and is not responsible for this.
